How it works

1. If you haven't signed up with us already, you'll need to register with Collective Cow before you can take part in any deals.
2. Indicate your interest in the item on offer by clicking the large, orange "Get this Deal" button on the home page.
3. We will authorise your credit card to book the deal for you.
4. If enough people join the deal to push it over its tipping point, the deal is on!
5. You will receive an email letting you know whether the deal has gone through or not.
6. We will charge your credit card only if the deal is on, and will deliver the voucher, which you can redeem with the participating business, to you via email.
7. If you have any problems or inquiries, please contact support@collectivecow.com and quote your reference code.
